Founder Johnetta Roberts is a real estate development and community engagement consultant with nearly 20 years of experience, including participation in The Village @ West Jefferson, LIBA West, and additional transformational projects throughout Louisville. Project Manager Angie McCorkle Buckler brings a background in law, business strategy, and talent optimization. Our clients benefit from her strategic planning expertise, strong communications skills, and deep community engagement networks. Charles Hargrove applies his experience in creative strategic operations, branding, and event planning to ensure seamless execution and meaningful connections. Victoria Bray rounds out the consulting team with administrative expertise, recognized for her problem solving and ability to streamline processes with professionalism and care.
